Great service. They just replaced my roof and did a great job. They had a whole team and got it done in one day. Already recommended them to my family.

These guys are roofing machines. They have the old roof torn off and the new roof on within about 24 hours. Great communication and provided everything up front and clear. Worked with my solar provider to coordinate with the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels as well.

Diego and his team were fantastic, ontime and totally professional. I hired them to repair some roof damage and they exceeded my expectations 100%. Hopefully i don't need their services again, but if i do they will be my first call!

I am retired from being in the construction business for 52 years, most with my own company. I have seen and used many roofing companies. Many good, many not so good. Powerful Roofing is neither. They are EXCELLENT! I had their team replace the roof on my 100 year old home. Hard for me to do since I always did all of the work on my own home. Best decision I ever made. Their knowledge, commitment to craftsmanship and details, respect for the overall property and wanting to hear any of my concerns was above and beyond anything I have experienced in my 52 years in the industry. From tear off, to prep, to install to adjustments because my home is 100 years old, to the final straight, flat, even, precisely flashed roof, then the impeccable clean up, wow! I was in awe! Like a kid in a candy shop. Happy, happy, happy and amazed at the quality. I could go on and on but I know lengthy reviews are ignored so here it is.
Powerful Roofing is legit. They are the team you want for your new roof!

I've chosen Maria's Powerful Roofing out of over a dozen of companies that came to bid. Not the cheapest but very reasonably priced and the only team that came to both estimation appointments over an hour late...

Yet they were attentive, noticed things I didn't notice (and I'm rather thorough) offered enough flexibility, listened and were ready to work together where I did the tricky skylights installation up until the flashing and roofing installation.
The contract is rather thorough and well composed. My biggest concern was that the project completion ad final payment due were after the final walkthrough and not after the work acceptance by the customer. Experience with other companies tells me that the contractor telling me that the work is done often does not mean that the work is done. Powerful Roofing's way to handle deficiencies is through warranty. In my case by the walkthrough I agreed that the work was done.

The team was on site before 7 every day (while the arrival window was specified 7-9) and were working usually until 19 with two breaks so the project advanced quickly.

Alfredo, an invisible person in the office, handles most of the contract preparation, communication during the project etc. I communicated with Diego who did the estimation but only came occasionally during the project and other team members who did the work. I have been watching the progress carefully and stated concerns or requests during the project and my requests were heard and properly handled.

I give Powerful Roofing solid 5 stars for good working communication, quality work at reasonable competitive price.

Was everything ideal? No. In my experience it almost never is. I can note some impact on landscaping although the team was rather careful covering everything for the time of demolition and cleaned after every day of work. Stapling plywood to skip sheathing instead of the rafters is not ideal but I watched the team re-nail a lot of that skip sheathing before plywood installation. Occasional small scratches on the metal flashing and valleys, occasional smudges from hands on the walls adjacent to roof, minor enough, I doubt one could notice them from the ground. Their supplier brought the wrong ridge cap which I noticed and they corrected the mistake quickly after I let them know. The final walkthrough checklist is not very well thought out, for example, it has a checkbox for reviewing the final bill but the bill is not even sent until after walkthrough. The change orders are rather expensive (on my humble opinion) so ideally do your diligence and scope all the work before finalizing the contract. Nothing else negative comes to mind. Unexpectedly they pained my water heater chimney and fireplace chimney black to match the rest of the flashing the installed.

I've dealt with a number of contractors and pay attention to details. The Powerful Roofing is among the top ones for clarity, responsiveness, flexibility, quality and pricing. Thank you!

I'll make sure to update the review if any problems arise. It's been raining for a couple of days now and I've seen no leaks - the first test passed!

Powerful Roofing, a local, family owned and operated roofing and construction company, exceeded our wildest expectations in all areas. They installed roofing and ventilation on our house and two outbuildings plus built a craftsman style portico (from an internet photo) on the front of our house 1920 house and installed a new gutter. They kept their word, communicated exceptionally well, provided excellent customer service, protected our exotic and heavily manicured landscape, cleaned up and didn't finish the project until we were totally satisfied. The quality of workmanship was excellent as well. As an independent contractor myself for 41 years, many contractors nowadays are sloppy and even unethical when doing business. Not Powerful Roofing. They were an exception to the general mediocrity that sadly currently exists in many of the building trades. Plus their prices were very competitive. We highly recommend this company.

Powerful Roofing was an incredible company to work with. I watched them work on my neighbors roof and they were punctual, clean, respectful and efficient. So once I called to work with them I had been lucky enough to see the results. Alfredo and Mauricio both were easy to work with and they got everything completed in a tight timeline for me. I highly recommend them! thank you Powerful Roofing we are ready for the rains!

I had an extremely positive experience with powerful roofing. My insurance told me that I had to irbthey would stop insuring me. I have never replaced a roof before and was feeling overwhelmed by the process. I got several quotes, but was really impressed by the professionaism and thoroughness of powerful roofing.
Mauricio and Diego came and spent time looking at my roof and even went into the attic. I got quotes from 5 places, and powerful roofing was the only company to be that thorough. Mauricio took the time to go over the photos and explain a bit about what needed to be fixed and why. As a non expert I really appreciated his patience, especially given how many follow up questions I asked.
Alfredo was extremely kind in scheduling. He was extremely responsive to any questions I had and he was able to change the schedule slightly get me in the schedule before my insurance expired. Maria was also very kind and responsive on the phone. They were able to recommended someone for insulation work that was also fantastic.
I didn't get the names of the men who worked on the roof. But I wish I had so I could thank them!
They did an amazing job and I truly love the results. My neighbor even commented to me how nice they were.
A porta potty was provided onsite. My yard was cleaned up after so you couldn't even tell work had been done.
I am a new homeowner with a house that is a bit of a fixer upper. It can be kind of overwhelming at times. But I had an extremely positive experience with powerful roofing and would strongly recommend them.
